I came into the office with a horrible case of trigger finger. I didn't want to get a cortisone shot so I decided to give Softwave a try. After 8 visits I was back to normal. Truthfully, at first I thought about giving up but I'm extremely happy I listened and trusted Dr.Kim. She was so knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process. It's not a miracle machine. You do have to give it time... but when it works, IT WORKS!!!

I had a torn rotator cuff. After the injury I had spent several months letting it rest and rehabbing at home, but injured it again. This left me in so much pain I was certain I would require surgery. The Softwave therapy was a life saver. I was very skeptical at first but started noticing a difference after a few sessions. My shoulder is almost completely healed and I won't need surgery.

I have been dealing with frozen shoulder for over 8 months and decided to give Soft Wave a try. I was skeptical at first and wasn't sure if I should continue the treatment, but this last week I had a major breakthrough! My range of motion increased significantly. I'm so happy I stuck it out! I had an issue in my groin area where certain movements would stop me in my tracks with horrible shooting pains. After my first appointment with Dr Kim it significantly improved. Fast forward two and a half weeks and I have not had that level of pain at all and only a twinge here and there. I will continue my treatment due to how well I am doing and the continuing improvement.

I have been seeing Dr Kim every winter (we are from Ohio) because I have some chronic back problems. I found her, from the start, to be extremely knowledgeable, skilled and caring. I very much like her technique. She helps me a lot. Her staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I could not possibly recommend Dr Kim's office more highly. After getting great relief and healing from Dr Kim's Softwave treatments for an ongoing shoulder injury…I am now getting Softwave treatments on the bottom of my feet for planter fasciitis. If you have injury and pain….please give Softwave a chance to help you heal! It is an amazing machine and Dr Kim is the best!

Dr. Kim provides not just adjustments, but education to prevent future injuries and to live a more healthy life. My results were excellent, reducing the pain in my hands and back. I now have my kids going, my son had shoulder and back pain due to tackle football and my daughter had no symptoms but we wanted to encourage her health and happiness. I get massages from Carole Koller she is excellent at applying the right amount of pressure and is thorough in every area that I need. It is clear that she takes her professional experience and uses it to deliver a very satisfying customer experience. This is an exceptional practice!
