These terms govern your use of www.dynamicchiro4you.com (the "Site"), operated by Dynamic Chiropractic, 1819 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice, does not describe every condition or treatment option, and is not a substitute for an examination by a licensed provider. Using the Site, submitting a form, or booking an appointment online does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are examined at our office. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Appointment requests and online booking

An appointment request submitted through the Site or our scheduling tool is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until our office confirms it with you. We may need to contact you to confirm, reschedule, or gather additional information. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Offers and pricing

Special offers shown on the Site, including the New Patient Special and the SoftWave introductory visit, are subject to change without notice, cannot be combined with other offers, and may have eligibility requirements that we will explain at the office. Prices listed on the Site are for the services described and do not include any additional services you may choose or be recommended.

Insurance

Whether a service is covered depends on your plan. Information on the Site about insurance, including auto accident coverage, is general and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. We will verify your benefits at the office.

Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on the Site reflect the experience of those individuals. Results vary from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Text messages and email

SMS program description: Dynamic Chiropractic offers a text message program for patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling notifications, responses to your inquiries, office updates (such as holiday hours or closures), and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages about our services and special offers.

If you opt in to receive text messages or email from us, the terms in our Privacy Policy apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text message program.

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to access parts of the Site you are not authorized to use, or interfering with its operation.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Dynamic Chiropractic or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the care we provide to you as a patient, which is governed by the agreements you sign at the office and by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
